Gigi Bocio
Gigi is a Production Technician and has been a valued asset to the franchise since August 2020. She is specialized in detail cleaning. Gigi takes pride in her work and we are glad to have her on our team.
Susan Cooper
Susan was recently hired as our Digital Marketer and Content Creator. In Spring of 2018, Susan graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations. Go Golden Bears! Susan has two years of experience in marketing and looks forward to using her creativity in her new position at SERVPRO. Susan captures and edits photos and videos of our projects. In addition, Susan will create content and monitor our social media pages, website and advertisements. She recently bought a fixer upper and spends the weekends remodeling her house with her family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling. Fun fact: she has been to 10 countries.
Dan Doyle
Dan has worked for SERVPRO since he was 15 years old. He started as a technician and worked his way up to Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager, Dan oversees current jobs to ensure they are completed successfully. He also manages and improves customer satisfaction. Dan enjoys working with his staff and proud of their accomplishments.
Nick Fogel
Nick is a Crew Lead with SERVPRO of Western Lehigh County. He has been with SERVPRO since 2020. From performing work with our Production Managers to running jobs, Nick is a reliable SERVPRO employee and we are thrilled to have him on our team. When Nick is not working, he can be found collecting tools.
Brandon Hess
Brandon is one of our Production Technicians, and has been since May 2020. During this time, he is trained in water mitigation, fire mitigation and mold remediation. He is a valuable team member and we are grateful to have him on the team. When he is home, he is playing video games.
Brandon Iovine
Brandon has worked at SERVPRO for the past two years. He is very dedicated and has several years of experience with mitigation and restoration services. His job responsibilities include but not limited to: completing the work for each job, supervising crew leads and technicians to ensure the work is being completed properly. He has his certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and Project Manager Certified. After work, he spends time with his kids.
Dan McKevitt
Dan has been a Production Manager for the past six months. He has his certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He trains and manages production staff. In addition, He is able to communicate the franchise processes to customers and satisfy the customer's needs. After hours, Dan enjoys spending time with his daughter and skateboarding.
Zach Palansky
For the past year, Zach has worked as our Restoration Project Manager. As a Restoration Manager, Zach establishes a rapport with customers and completes paperwork to ensure the job is finished efficiently by our staff. He is Project Manager Certified, Construction Manager Certified and Xactimate Certified. Outside of work, Zach likes to play baseball and throw darts.
Chris Reed
Production Manager, Chris has worked for us for two years. He has been a valuable member of the team and provides superb customer service. Our customers love his great attitude, quick response time and excellent work in getting everything back to preloss condition. He is passionate about his job and is a team player. You can count on Chris and our team, if you experience residential or commercial water, fire, smoke, storm or mold damage. When he is not at SERVPRO, he is spending time with his family. Fun fact about Chris: he was formerly a collegiate football player.
Franklin Schuetrum
Franklin has been with SERVPRO for nine months. A day in the life of a crew lead is performing the labor himself and running smaller jobs. You can find him playing video games after a hard day at work.
